It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammy Lynn Smithson of Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on February 7, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Carolyn Faye Craig. She is survived by: her father James Clifford Ford; her children, Ben Le, Antonio Hernandez, Elliana Castillo, Emilio Hernandez and Octavia Hernandez; her grandchildren, Everleigh and Easton; and her siblings, Lola King, Wayne Smithson, Joey Smithson, Angela Pham, George Armstrong, James Ford, Jason Ford and Keturah Davis.
