She is survived by: her sons, Tony Cook (Kathy) of Evarts and Jason Cook (Pamela) of Evarts; her siblings, Clayton Napier (Easter), Lloyd Paul Napier (Pete Farley), Anna Mae Blevins (River Ridge) and Rhonda Farley (Jones Creek); her granddaughter Kaitlyn Ellison of Battle Creek, MI; and her great grandchild Karter Ellison of Battle Creek, MI. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
