He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Howard and Susie Ella Middleton Howard; and his sisters, Steffa Skidmore and Debra Howard. He is survived by: his siblings, Gail Blevins (Bill), Jean Johnson (Randy), Jowanna Howard, Valerie Howard and Jamie Howard (Jennifer); his daughter Nicole "Nikki" Clark; his stepson Brandon Cole; his grandchildren, Joseph, Chelsea and Connor; and his close friends, Gary Dale Kirby and Denver Jones. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be paid toward his funeral.
