He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Hillen, Sr. and Anastasia Hillen; his siblings, William J. Hillen and Frances Rose; and his niece Reland Absher.
He is survived by: his sons, Rudolph C. Hillen, Jr. (Susan), Cecil W. Hillen and John D. Hillen (Suzanna); his grandchildren, Katlyn Hillen, Logan Hillen, Daryl Bennett, Ariana Wilson and Sean Hillen; his sister Agnes Absher; the mother of his children Gloria Myers; and his niece Leslie Garner (Mike).
