He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor June Smith; and his parents, James Britton and Charlotte Britton. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Saylor (Ebb) of Smith, Kentucky, Roy Lee Britton, Jr. of Smith, Kentucky and Donnie Britton (Priscilla); his brother John (Lillie June); his grandchildren, Roy Lee Britton, III (Erica) and April Saylor; his great grandchildren, Darla Britton, Westlyn Britton, Isaac Combs and Kasyn Combs; his grandchildren, Charlie Napier (Natalee) and Hagan Napier (Lucy); and his great great grandchildren, Conway Napier and Sadie Napier.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Anderson Laws & Jones Funeral Home (114 S 3rd St, Harlan, KY 40831). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
