He was predeceased by: his parents, Rondal Middleton and Marie Middleton; and his parents-in-law, George and Pansy Maiden. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Middleton; his children, Kenneth Middleton of Knoxville, TN, Kevin Middleton (Bethany) of Tazewell, TN, Steven Miller of Harlan and Brittney Smith (Lincoln) of Baxter; his brother Bill Middleton (Brenda) of Harlan; and his grandchildren, Landon Smith, Logan Smith, Liam Smith and Clover Middleton.
