He is survived by: his mother Mary Johnson Middleton; his grandmother Elizabeth Hobbs Johnson; his aunts, Frankie Ellahi, Virginia Hatfield, Robin Lindsly, Sandra Middleton, Rosemary Middleton, Darlene Middleton, Betty Jo Johnson and Margie Johnson; his uncle Estil Middleton; his close friends, Rosa Fields, Renee Doan and Johnny Ray Slusher; and also Ruth Drew. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
