He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Chadwick and Mary Chadwick; his wife Nani Lee Chadwick; his children, James Chadwick, Robert Lee Chadwick Jr. and Nicey Chadwick Wilson; and his siblings, Charles, Harold, Roy Chadwick and Francis Chadwick Saylor.
He is survived by: his brother Bill Chadwick; his grandchildren, James Wilson (Alicia), Robert Lee Chadwick III, Amy Chadwick and Sabrina Broyles (Buck); his great grandchildren, Lydia Wilson, Disa Fillippine (Nick), Robert Lee Chadwick IV (Whitney) and Marissa Chadwick; and his niece Joan Barnett. He is also survived by other Great Grandchildren, Great Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews.
