She was predeceased by: her parents, Annette Middleton Smith and Tom Smith; her son Lance Middleton; and her brothers, Gillis, Garson and Andy Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Victor Middleton of Jones Creek and Eric Middleton of Jones Creek; her sisters, Shannon Skidmore (Jones Creek), Melanie Wynn (Evarts), Lisa Smith Brown and Tammy Smith (Jones Creek); her grandchildren, Brittaney, Kimberly, Kirsten, Brannon and Garrett Middleton; her niece Annette Pendergrass; and her sister Sally Howard. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
