She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvil Lewis and Versie Shepherd Lewis; and her siblings, Versie Kay King, Katie Lewis and Darrell Lewis.
She is survived by: her son Adam Hensley (Becky); her granddaughter Jasmine; her close friend David Slayton; her siblings, Ann Eldridge (Roger), Mary Lewis and Arnold Lewis (Rose); and her brother-in-law Denny King. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
