It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randy Dean of Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on August 29, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Stewart Dean and Monroe Dean; and his siblings, Dora June Dean, Carma North and Jerry Dean.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Blevins Dean; his children, Elivia Blevins (Rick) of Jones Creek, Randy Dean, Jr. (Carmella) of Jones Creek and Kevin Dewayne Dean (Lynn) of Jones Creek; his sister Doris McCallister; his grandchildren, Rachel Blevins and Jacob Blevins; and his close friend Billy Blevins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
