She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Bailey; and her siblings, Mae Sargent, Anna Sue Stepp, Wanda Cooper, Dorothy Couch and James Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Creech, George Jones, Douglas Couch of Harlan, Edward Couch (Angela) of Harlan, Mary Combs (Tim) of Harlan and Crystal Blackburn (Ralph) of London; and her brother Elihu Bailey Jr. of Harlan. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and close friends.
