He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Westcott Sheppard and Alberta Shafer Sheppard; his son Phillip Dennis Sheppard Jr.; and his brother Russell Sheppard. He is survived by: his significant other Tammy Sheppard; his children, Christopher Sheppard (Kayla), Amanda Crabtree (Adam), Hannah Thomas (Tyler) and Brittany Rowe (Josh); his grandchildren, Annabelle Sheppard, Athena Sheppard and Danny Phillip Rowe; and his sister Carolyn Cook. He is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews.
