She was predeceased by: her parents, George Carter and Octavia Carter (Gates); her husband Bob Kelley; her stepmother Katie Carter; her uncle Bill; and her aunt Dorothy Carter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Blanton (Jerry) and Kimberly Carol Kelley; her grandchildren, Dee Pack (Vince) and Nathan Blanton (Kelly); her great grandchildren, Easton Pack, Merrah Pack, Zoë Blanton and Mei Blanton; her sister Melinda Carter Greer; and her caregivers, Cindy Saylor, Marsha Schiff and Mother. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Resthaven Cemetery (3000 State Hwy 840, Baxter, KY 40806).
