She is survived by: her children, Jamie M. Bates (Crystal) and John D. Bates (Ashley); her granddaughter Brianna Lawson (Tyler); and her sisters, Wanda Mulkey and Nora Beach. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives.
