It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Farmer Foster of Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on February 24, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Estill Farmer and Arta Farmer of Harlan, KY.; and her siblings, Fay, Ray, Anna, Cecil, Bill, Jim and Carrie.
She is survived by: her husband George Albert Foster, Sr.; her sons, George Albert Foster, Jr. (Laura) and David Ray Foster (Kelly); and her grandchildren, Anna R., Grace N., Holly A., Benjamin M., Clara M. and Jake E. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
