She was predeceased by: her parents, Enoch Foutch and Elizabeth Foutch (Dixon) of Harlan County, Kentucky.; her son Morgan Sherrill Galloway; her siblings, Rodney Foutch, Arthur William Foutch (Butch), Cecil Foutch, Enoch Foutch, Jr. and Daisy Hernandez (Foutch); and her former husband Morgan Galloway.
She is survived by: her children, Baylie, Sydney, Evie, Jennifer and James Sparks of Irvine, KY; her grandchildren, Jamie and Trae; her siblings, Bobbie Jo Foutch of Cumberland and Rosa Foster of Bethalto, IL; and also Geraldine Puckett. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Due to the mandates by the Governor of Kentucky, all attendees are required to wear a face covering and practice social distancing.
