She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Howard (David), Sherry Noe and Heather Mefford; her sister Peggy Mullins Lewis; and her grandchildren, Derek Bailey, Donielle Gross, Kendra Bailey, Keara Johnson, Hunter Mefford, Haiden Mefford, Hannah Mefford and Holden Mefford.
