She was predeceased by: her husband Louis Blevins; her parents, Jess Gay and Doshia Begley Gay; her daughter Helen Napier; her great grandchild Dustin Middleton; and her siblings, Fioana Gay, Taylor Gay and Fred Gay.
She is survived by: her daughters, Flossie Middleton (Jones Creek), Jane Blevins of Jones Creek, Ella Stump of Eastbrook and Kathy Caldwell (Middlesboro); her sister Rebecca Graves of Erlanger, KY; her grandchildren, Melissa Lewis (David), Melton Middleton (Shonda), Joey Blevins, Phillip Osborne, Jesse Tyler Osborne, Nick Caldwell, Kaitlin Caldwell and Noah Caldwell; her great grandchildren, Melton Grover Middleton, Shane Gilbert, David, Gary Lewis, James, Nora Lawson, Hayward Osborne, Jake Hoskins, Sophie and Alice Osborne; and her son-in-law Petie Osborne.
