He was predeceased by: his grandfather Winslow Fields; his aunts, Paulette, Thelma and Dorothy; and his uncle Raymond Fields.
He is survived by: his mother Rosa Lee Fields; his grandmother Lula Fields; his aunts and uncles, Susan Fields, Marie Fields, Jimmie Fields (Sunshine), Robert, Richard Fields, Ronnie Fields (Verda), Thomas Fields of Paris, KY and Tim Fields; and his cousins, Crystal Fields and Felicia Hopkins. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
