He is survived by: his daughter Debra Maiden Hensley; his son-in-law Curtis Garrett; his son Christopher Maiden; his caregiver Carolyn J. Garrett; and his grandchildren, Sean, Noah, Makayla, Justin, Cameron, Jonah and Jonathan.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mount Pleasant Funeral Home (122 N Cumberland Ave, Harlan, KY 40831). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at the Cornett Cemetery.
