He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Brewer Napier and Harvey Lee Napier; his siblings, Beverly Napier, Billy Bowman, Gary Bowman and Harvey Lloyd Napier; his parents-in-law, Arbutis and Ralph "Buck" Frith; and his siblings-in-law, Joann Frith and Ralph Frith, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Trina Frith Napier; his children, Mack H. Napier, Jr. of Kildav, Tessa Rose Napier of Kildav and Lillian Beatrice Napier of Kildav; his sisters, Vickie Napier Blanton (Neff) and Kim Shackleford (Western); his sister-in-law Lisa Moore; his aunts, Loretta Couch, Veda Collins and Helen Chasteen; his nieces and nephews, Tanya Anderson, Elizabeth McCoy, Sarah Pearson, Jessica Argueta, April Napier, Ashley Broughton, Harvey Lee Middleton and Harvey Lloyd Napier; his close friend Junior Distefano; and his cousin Bobby Couch.
Per mandates from the Governor of Kentucky, everyone attending is required to wear some type of face covering and practice social distancing.
