She was predeceased by: her husband John Goforth Sr.; and her parents, Georgia Baumgardner and Pearl Baumgardner. She is survived by: her children, John Goforth Jr. of Watts Creek, Sheryl Bentley (Jody) and Regina Hall (Gary) of Rio Vista; her grandchildren, Anthony Foster, Gabriel Goforth, Alex Bentley, Nick Bentley and Zack Daniels; and her close friend Susan Welch.
