She is survived by: her daughter Miranda Snow Moore-Payne (Brandon) of Harlan; her grandchild Tatum Ophelia Payne; her sister Trina Napier of Kildav; her nieces and nephews, Shane Delph (Kayla), Chris Delph, Mack Napier Jr., Tessa Napier and Lillian Napier; her close friends, Venetta Adkins, Sheena Curtis and Lisa Shackleford; and also Shaunaka Ross. She is also survived by cousins, family and friends.
