He was predeceased by: his father Fred Childers; and his brother Bob Childers (Kathryn Creech Childers). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Childers; his mother Lelia Mullins Childers; his daughters, Jennifer Disney (Jamie), Brandi Romines (Shawn), Shasta Childers-Schultz (Dave), Gabby Broughton (Jason) and April Hornsby; his siblings, Fred Childers, Jr. (Hazel), Greg Childers, Linda Smith (Allen), Susie Clark (Tony) and Carolyn Gilliam (Paul); his grandchildren, Shelby, Greyson, Titus, Larkin, Makayla, Landon, Hayden, Sophie and Gray; and his great grandchild Harlan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special friends.
