He was predeceased by: his father William Howard, Jr.; and his grandparents, Katherine Small, Luther Small, Elizabeth Howard and William Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Angel Howard; his son Cody Howard; his close friend Wanda Howard of Wallins; his siblings, William Howard, III of Farmville, VA, Travis Howard (Laura) of Richmond, KY, Kara Overbee (Eric) of Wallins, Michal Walbright of Harlan and Josh Jones of Verda; his nephew Evan Jones; his niece Josie Jones; his aunt Rosemary Hamm; and his parents-in-law, William Jones and Mary Jones of Verda. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
