It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Phillips of Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on November 30, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Phillips and Elizabeth Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Keyara Phillips, Ariel Michelle Phillips and Rondall Phillips; and her siblings, Albert Phillips Jr. (Janie), Robert Phillips, Dallas Phillips, Gary Phillips, Kenneth Phillips (Mary), Curtis Phillips, Jerry Phillips (Debra) and Mary Jackson. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
