He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Martin and Edna Dean Martin; his siblings, Floyd Baker, Robert Baker, John Martin and Emma Lou Adkins; and his nephew Evan Martin.

He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Flores (Eduardo); his brother Ralph Martin (Brenda); his half-sister Opal Persha; his granddaughters, Cassie Rush and Danica Pettit; and his cousin Sandy Dobbs. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
