He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Shepherd and Harry B. Shepherd; and his brothers, Harry B. Shepherd Jr. (Red) and Dallas Wayne Shepherd. He is survived by: his granddaughter Becky Cox (Garry); his great grandchildren, Kelly Casolari (Logan) and Kris Cox (Carmela); his close friend Terry Howard; and his caregivers, Judy Howard, Sandy Kinner and Jerry.
