He is survived by: his wife Scarlett Deanna Smallwood Lucas; his father Oscar Lucas of Somerset, KY; his sons, Jeffery Allen Lucas, II, Jacob Bradley Lucas of McCreary County, KY and Allen Lucas; his siblings, Oscar Lucas, Jr. (Lori) of Somerset, KY and Debra Lucas Mullins (Mike) of Somerset, KY.; his grandchildren, Jeffery Allen Lucas, III, Emily Thomas, Gabriel Lucas, Axel Lucas and Allen Lucas; and his brother-in-law Tim "Tick" Brock of Pikeville, KY.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with his funeral expenses.
