He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Bailey and Helen Napier Bailey; and his brother Bill Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Kelly; his children, Tommy Bailey, Sasha McCullers, James Bailey, Tonya Roberts (Jimmy) and Marsha Powers (George); and his siblings, John Bailey, Thomas Wayne Bailey, James Bailey (Brenda), Connie Burkhart (John) and Jennifer Summer (Steve). He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren.
