He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Sullivan and Omega Caldwell Sullivan Gross; and his siblings, Darrell "Slick" Sullivan, Marlie Sullivan, Donald Gross, Ruth Baker and Glenda Ball.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry R. Sullivan; his sons, Macky and Patrick Sullivan; his grandchildren, Hunter Jackson Dwayne Sullivan, Lexie Rayne Sullivan, Dalton Ledford and Gabriel Ledford; and his sisters, Mavis Caldwell, Gail Greene, Reva Sullivan Farley, Fredia Williams and Janice Middleton.
