He is survived by: his children, John Derrick Noe, Blake Gross (Gina), Kristie Noe and Tracy Eldridge (Gregory); his grandchildren, Jacob, Isaac, Jordan, Luke, Courtney, Lindsey, Eric, Jake, Andrew, Deborah, Shylar, Destiny and Lacie; his great grandchildren, Naomi, Ivy, Sohpia, Khloe, Eli, Gabriel, Axel, Troy and Charlie Ann; his brothers, David Bailey and Orville Bailey, Jr.; his aunts, Mickey Cloyd and Nancy Sue Brown; and his cousin Mickey Howard (Rick).
