He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Howard and Emma Howard; and his son Eric Howard (Santos). He is survived by: his wife Margaret; and his daughters, Paula Simpson, Kathy Vaughn (Tim), Emily and Gracie. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, host of nieces, nephews.
