She was predeceased by: her parents, Burley Blevins and Odie Crider Saylor; and her brothers, Vollie, Harley and Everett Blevins.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Henry Cook of Ages; her children, Christopher Haught (April) of Ages and Jennifer Haught Lloyd of Nashville; her stepchildren, Jerry Henry Cook of Urbana, Ohio and Shaunda Brown of Jacksonville, Florida; her siblings, Lewis Blevins (Elizabeth) of London and Wanda Morgan of Columbus, GA; her aunt Marilyn Stewart of Ages; and her uncle Claude Crider of Detroit, Michigan.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
