He is survived by: his children, Harold Dewayne Duncan of Weaverville, NC, Brenda Michelle Frith (Jonathan) of Harlan, Samuel Butch Frith (Trish) of Harlan and Alex Freeman of Summerville, GA; and his siblings, Patricia Lawson (Tony) of Rockface, GA, Alma Hudgins of Cincinnati, OH, Billy Freeman of Harlan and Ricky Freeman (Rhoda) of Corbin, KY. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
