Gladys Ruth Blair Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2020, at the age of 86, Gladys Ruth Blair of Harlan, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William M Oliver and Rosie Oliver; her husband Walter Carl Blair; and her sisters, Thelma Seward, Norma Harget and Margaret Costello.
She is survived by: her son Walter Scott Blair (Debra) of Mt. Vernon; her sister Beulah Gardner of Indiana; her granddaughter Brooke Nipper (Daniel) of Corbin; and her great grandchildren, Caden Hatcher and Aden Nipper. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
