She is survived by: her sons, William Howard Smith of Clinton, TN and Keith Smith (Rita) of Harlan; her grandchildren, Rachel Parker (Ben) of Fairfield, IA, Nora Elizabeth Smith of Chattanooga, TN, Victoria Middleton (Jake) of Evarts, KY, William Andrew Smith of Oak Ridge, TN and Daniel Benjamin Smith of Clinton, TN; her great grandchildren, Isabella of Evarts, Tucker of Evarts, Lucy Middleton of Evarts and Penelope Parker of Fairfield, IA; and her friend Marie Burnette.
