She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Adams of Whitesburg, KY and Maggie Richardson of Breathitt Co, KY.; her husband Paul Junior Couch of Harlan, Kentucky.; her children, Jearl Fay Franks, Billy Wayne Bailey of Harlan and Ralph Edward Bailey of Indianapolis; her grandson Talmadge Jack Ison II (T. J.); her great grandchild Logan Bailey; and her siblings, James Earl Adams of Isom, Johnny Adams, Juanita Adams of Whitesburg Kentucky, Margie Lowe of Whitesburg Kentucky and Geneva Ison of Ohio.
