She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Unthank and Vada Slagle Unthank; her husband Timothy "Tim" Shackleford; and her brother-in-law Ronald D. Harris. She is survived by: her children, Kim Anderkin (Barry) of Loyall, KY and Tim "Shack" Shackleford of Loyall, KY; her grandchildren, Ryan Miller, Logan Anderkin and Kelsey Shackleford; her great grandchildren, Chole Perkins and Timmy Massengale; her siblings, Bill Unthank (Fran) of Louisville, KY and Connie Harris of Loyall, KY; and her nephews, Mike, Chris Harris, Greg and Doug Unthank.
