Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Eulene Whismand (Harlan, Kentucky), born in Saint Charles, Virginia, who passed away at the age of 87, on June 9, 2019. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lillie Bush and Edward Bush; her husband Carl H. Whisman; her daughter Charlene Elam (Arnol); her granddaughter Tracie Lynn Walsh (Eric); and her great grandchild Ryan Dalton Frost. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, sister-in-law and many special friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donation be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Hospice of Cincinnati or Cancer Society in Eulene's name.
