He is survived by: his sons, William "Keyster" Middleton (Tamara) and Chris Allen (Jennifer); his sister Nada Hensley; and his grandchildren, Precious Middleton, Christopher Allen, Jeremy "Buzz" Middleton and Amber Allen.
