He is survived by: his children, Virgil Arvin (Patty) of Harlan, Jimmy John Arvin (Lisa) of Harlan, Corrine Kirkland (Chuck) of Missouri, Maudie Miniard (Tony) of Harlan and Dennie Lively (David) of Harlan; his grandchildren, Danielle Brewer, Anthony Miniard, Derek Lively, Reverend Brenton Lively, Patrick Arvin, Johnathan Arvin, Michael Shepherd, Ashley Vincent, Autumn Kirkland and Ian Kirkland; his siblings, Corrine Short of Ohio, Brenda Casey of Arkansas and Turner Arvin, Jr. (Mava) of Arkansas; his sister-in-law Lois Arvin; and his nephew Chris Peace. He is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
