She is survived by: her children, Gordon Fultz (Melody) of Harlan, Randy Fultz of South Carolina and Karen Grills (Rex) of Evarts; and her grandsons, Richie Fultz of Harrogate, TN and Jordon Fultz of Charleston, SC..

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harlan Funeral Home (202 S Cumberland Ave, Harlan, KY 40831). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Resthaven Cemetery (3000 State Hwy 840, Baxter, KY 40806).
