She is survived by: her children, Robert Smith Howard II, Wife Teresa Howard MD, Joseph Brittain Howard and Wife Mary Lea Howard; her grandchildren, Mary Beth Howard and William Brittain Howard; and her brothers, Carl Wilder, Doug Wilder and David Wilder. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews.
