She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Espy and Audrie Johnson Espy; her husband Earl Clem; her son Earl Wayne Clem; her siblings, Bill, Fred Edward Espy and Marian Morgan; and her grandson Larry Lee Holbrook.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Earlene Holbrook, Audrey Leah Pennington (Paul) of Jonesville, VA, Catherine Marie Donchatz (Joe) of Lavalette, WV, Fred Earl Clem (Elaine) of Ellwood City, PA and William Lloyd Clem (Emily) of Harlan, KY.; her siblings, Dessie Smith, Lowell T. Espy and Philip Espy; her grandchildren, Anthony Earl Holbrook, Adam Paul Pennington, Michael Bradley Pennington (Hali), Joseph Andrew Donchatz, Joanna Marie Slack (Colin), Rebekah Ann Donchatz, Rachelle Elaine Drake (Garrett), Ryan Earl Clem (Kristen Marie), Jeffrey Charles Howard (Christina), Chelsea Marie Clem and Patricia Anne Clem; and her great grandchildren, Taylor Ray Holbrook, Dylan Holbrook, Shelby Marie Pennington, Rylan Anderson, Amelia Jaye Peet, Isabel Elaine, Lucas James, Micah Harrington Drake, Isaac Earl, Arlo Daniel Clem, Gabriella Sue and Norah Anne Howard.
