She is survived by: her husband Jerry D. Freeman; her sisters, Jeanette Coots, Ann Howard, Barbra Boggs and Peggy Hall; her children, Tammy Myers (Dallas), Jerry Freeman Jr. (Melissa), Robert Freeman (Katrina) and Robin Smith (Wallace); her grandchildren, Cristy King (Billy), Angie Teage (Shane), Brittney Sutton (Michael), Lexy Smith, Ashley Freeman, Summer Fuson (Dylon), Kelcey Myers and Kennedy Freeman; and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Brody Brock, Piper, Jayden, Kelsey Sutton, Abby, Hollie, Landon Myers, Ashton, Addison, Amera, Ansley, Dyson, Mckenly Freeman, Gunner, Grayson King, Olivia and Jeremiah Fuson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to the mandate set forth by the governor of Kentucky, attendees must wear a mask at all times, practice social distancing and only 50% of our capacity is allowed.
