She is survived by: her son Sam Henry III; her grandchildren, Andre Forrester Sr., Jasmine Honeycutt and James Michaell Honeycutt; her great grandchildren, Eathen Forrester, Madison, Andre, Dayquan, Natasha and Jacob; and her sister Nancy Turner.
