We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2022, at the age of 70, Dennis Clark Johnson of Harlan, Kentucky, born in Baxter, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Rex Johnson; his daughter Rebecca Stewart; his brothers, Larry Johnson and Fred Johnson; and the mother of his children Karen Reed.

He is survived by: his daughters, Katrina Farmer, Rachel Baker (Travis) and Sabrina Asher; and his siblings, Gary, Barry, Harry, Cary Johnson, Lana Saylor, Diana Kelly, Kathy Burgan and Bettina Fuson. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
