It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Mack Howard of Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on July 15, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Howard and Mary Jewel Howard; and his mother-in-law Mary Mullins Hunt. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Howard; his daughters, Crystal Wright (James), Priscella Howard and Donielle Matthews Gross; his grandchildren, Landon, Logan, Luke, Cameron, Caysen, Noah, Gabriel and Ashley; his sisters-in-law, Sherry Noe and Heather Mefford; and his close friends, Steven Robbins and Ruby Schroeter. He is also survived by cousins, nephews and nieces.
